SME Express
Global Value Consulting has developed a new consulting service called SME Express, which will allow SMEs to have an overview of how their company is, its strengths and weaknesses in the financial areas, profitability, costs and business plans. To do this, we have designed a basic menu of consulting projects that your SME should have.
Within the areas or processes to be evaluated, there is a review of the current financial situation, liquidity and profitability that it has today. We will evaluate your working capital and payment capacity in the short and medium term. Likewise, we will review the level of risk your accounts receivable and your current organizational structure have.
Finally, once we have an idea of how your business is doing, we will review your Business Plan to see if it exists first. If it exists, we will check if it is updated and if the assumptions it contains are correct.
If you do not have a Business Plan, we will give you the basic directives so that you can develop one with our support.
Way of working
The service consists of processing, analyzing and developing value proposals based on the information received from the client. To do this, it is estimated to hold an initial meeting, one to clarify the information received and a final meeting to deliver and close the project.
In total, a project duration of 20 working days is estimated , a duration that will ultimately depend on the quality, quantity and speed of the information delivered to Global Value Consulting.
If the client wishes to carry out additional consulting that turns out to be longer and more expensive, such as, for example, Business Diagnosis or Corporate Strategy, the costs previously incurred will be credited to the new consulting costs.
